my body aching all over.....coz i have a physical training test yesterday whole morning.....i annouce that i pass all the 5 stations and 2.4km run.....hurray....!!!! this is my score......!!!

2.4km run: 41st position out of 96 students ( 50 position and below is pass )

standing board jump: 165cm ( just pass)

sit and reach: 38 ( 35 is the passing mark)

inclined pull-up: 10 ( cannot believe it!!!!) thanks lord!!!

sit-up: 40 ( sorry for commit a sin)

shutter run: 11 seconds plus ( 12 seconds is the passing mark)
